A pair of Sheraton period card tables in mahogany with harewood and sycamore marquetry. Standing on tapering, molded legs that end in spade feet just below a block collar with molded roundel. The hinged tops are feather-banded, inlaid with stringing, and also inlaid at the back with a demilune panel of oak leaf and acorn marquetry. This motif is inlaid into a ground of stained sycamore or "harewood." The friezes are also inlaid including marquetry shells above each leg. The tops open to reveal a green baize-lined playing surface supported by double swinging legs.
